When the first telescopes were pointed towards the night sky, humanity experienced something profound. Suddenly, the universe appeared infinitely larger than anyone had previously imagined. Millions of stars became visible where only darkness had seemed to exist before. Entire constellations emerged. Structures, patterns, and possibilities previously hidden from human perception came into view with astonishing clarity.
But of course, the stars had not suddenly appeared.
They had always been there.
The limitation was never the universe itself. The limitation was human vision.
Most organisations operate with exactly the same flaw when it comes to talent.
